If PJ Proby hadnt refused to record Delilah in 1968 when it was offered to him by Les Reed, would he have been singing it tonight at the Diamond Jubilee Concert instead of Tom Jones?!

Haven't heard Cliff yet - I only saw the last half of concert and I understand he sang about half hour in - wanted to see him as I have been to his concerts and been a fan all my life it seems! I will watch it on catch up ................was I right? Did he sing "Congratulations?" :)
