What on earth is a duckfish? Mr Alba has been angling for over 50 years and has never heard of one.

I think that he meant the combination of cooked duck and monkfish - it's apparently known as "Surf and Turf" - it sounds an interesting combination! Incidentally does anyone else think that Prue Leith has rather strange dress sense?

Prue looks OK to me! Yes, he did say "duckfish" - it sounded an interesting combination!

I believe that surf and turf is any dish where meat and fish are combined - classic is steak with prawns!
