Where can I find a copy of Sparky's Magic Piano, it used to be played on Junior Choice on a Saturday and Sunday morning in the '60s

I've actually got a copy on mp3 if you're interested? My mum used to play this as a kid and i've been looking for a while now for an original copy of the 45, if anyone can help me i'd be grateful...... (willing to negotiate if you're mother wishes to sell, faith5by5?)
