David Owen suggests a couple of questions for a future referendum both of which are Europhile waffle. What simple yes or no question should we ask?

Here is my suggestion:
Should Britain revert to what was last agreed by the public on Europe, ie the Common Market? Yes/no

so it's "should Britain decide to belong to a common market grouping that no longer exists?"

Not a grouping jno, just trading agreements and general cooperation with anyone we can rather than subjugation in the new communist bloc.
But at leat he is saying we should have a say in the matter. More than arrogant Boy George.

I would like two simple questions:
1) Do you want to stay in Europe and be united and governed by them?
2) Do you want to stay governed by The Europeans over human rights?

Trading should be something a Govenrment organizes anyway, no vote is required. As we are now finding out being with a single trading partner is putting all your eggs in one basket, fine whilst going is good, not so when things go wrong. We should seek markets elsewhere to avoid this happening in the future, preferably using the commonwealth as our basic 'club' not Europe. We are NO~ european.
