when your mother,brother,lover or another has just been arrested for one of the above and you are looking for advice i am usually smacked on the hand for saying

You know what....fights happen. Always have done, always will. In an ideal world people would talk about things, but we don't live in an ideal world.

Drink causes problems at time Sin, my moto, if you cant hold it, don't drink it. Assault to any person is uncalled for so why do it? My daughter is a Matron at the local hospital, every Sat night there are scores of persons in there with blood covered wounds, answer to that make them pay simple, all the other incidents, the same, if you can afford to go out & get pizzed then you can afford to pay heavily.

If people are posting for legal advice, then that's what they ought to get not a load of judgmental twaddle from someone who wasn't there so has no idea how it went down or didn't. This may be an unpopular viewpoint but some people do actually need a damn good smack in the chops, and occasionally after years of provocation people give it to them, and it's usually the best thing that ever happened top both parties. Not every victim is a victim, and not every perpetrator is a perpetrator, but whatever they are if they are seeking legal advice then that's what they ought to get.
