I used to work with John Lennon's brother-in-law, i.e. Cynthia Lennon's brother.

Also, I met Peter Sellers, Bernard Cribbins and Wilfred Hyde-White when they were on location at the Aldershot barracks where I did my National Service. They were there for a few weeks whilst making 'Two Way Stretch'.

My eldest daughter had a date with Robbie Williams before he joined Take That. She reckoned he was a bit of a divvy, so didn't repeat the experience.

Met John Harrison when carp fishing in France who was with Frankie Goes To Hollywood (latter part).Knew Ginger from the Vibrators who played alongside The Stranglers also through coarse fishing.

I have been friends with a lot of people as I was working at the BBC in the 1960s. I also met an astronaut while there, who came over to go on a programme. Had a lot of fun but would be unfair to give names. (on them - nobody here really knows me).
