Crowns can debond for many different reasons, but most of them are due to 'lack of retention' in some form. This would appear to be the case if the continually debond. You should discuss with your dentist the options available....
a) Carry on as you are and accept likely recurrence
b) Remake the crowns to a different design (if possible, depending on the amount of natural tooth remaining)
c) Abandon the crowns and consider alternatives

I had my front crown put in just before i was eighteen, still going strong up until this year when there became a gap at the back that may have caused me some problems,so I had it changed, can't complain I'm now nearly 50 (32 years) it was in,I nearly filled up when it went, let's hope this lasts as long eh!
I have had no problem with my crowns (got 2) until the bottom one came out a few weeks ago. Thought it was a tooth so threw it away (forgot I had a crown put on it several years ago!!) It's going to cost me £300 to replace, yet if I'd kept the old one the dentist would just have stuck it back on - doh !!!
tilly - I think it's bad workmanship if they keep falling out.

Thanks for all your comments. It does sound like something wrong. I went and had one put back in last Friday and then today the other one fell out, so I will ring tomorrow to get an appt to have this one put back in and question why they think they are falling out. I recall it was this time last year this one came out last. I think they are using a weaker cement so they can make 17.50 out of me everytime I go back to have it put back in!!! I need whaterver Bambis dentist used I think....
