lets just say my partner is not a bad lad,he made 1 mistake in feb 2008 where he was involved in a fight in a club he was charged with a section 18 & in aug 2008 he was imprisioned for 27 months, also when he came out in nov 2010 he was put on conditional licence till 2015,in july 2011 myself & partner went to a bar,we left,10 days later the police came to my house & he was arrested for an alledged assault on the fact someone had made an allegation against him,in feb 2012,he went to crown court & was acquitted of the offence,he is still in jail now & after 2 paper hearings which he was knocked back for release he now has to attend an oral hearing,is this a good thing or not?
