How to attach to emails

I would be grateful for some help Please as a volunteer I was asked
to take minutes of meetings for a library group and to send them to the
people in the group by email, How do I do this I sent them in an email
to the chair who passed them on in an attachment but they want me to do this myself now Please Help can I send to a number of email addresses
at one time with minutes attached .

In the space where you type the email address, you simply type the first email address, then type a semicolon, then the next email address and so on.
