Coming back to Johnny's point: why does supporting this country and it's heritage have to be identified with wearing daft hats and funding the lavish lifestyle of a dynasty of talentless freeloaders?
It is not a polarised debate but I hope it can be an adult one. There are plenty of ways to retain a constitutional monarchy and a democracy without including a fairyland for one family and their hangers-on. And their daft hats.
