Firms offering transfer from video to DVD
4 Answers
I would like to transfer my videos to DVD. There are loads of companies offering this service if you google it. However I want to be sure that I'm going to a reputable company as, if they get it wrong, my videos could be destroyed for good.
Has anyone used any of these companies and would recommend one (or conversely had a bad experience and recommend I avoid one).

I'm in the process of transfering some of my VHS videos to hard drive, bought my USB capture device years ago from eBay which cost me over 20 quid which I never got round doing until now.
Still very expensive @ Maplins, everything they sell always are compared to what you can buy online now. Type in 'usb video capture device' on eBay, you can buy one for just 8 quids.
