I forgot!

Just opened the freezer to get something out and thought - what on earth is that?? What looks like frozen shaving foam is all over everything, the doors, all the food....
Then I realised what I've done - yesterday I put 4 cans of lager in there to chill for half hour - and forgot all about them! They have all exploded everywhere and made the most unbelievable mess.

Every forgotten something and done something similar?

the scissors don't bend I could use a postage stamp and mark the edge I suppose and hold that against the ruler...

Don't remind me... many years ago when nursing we had a day case urology list which involved putting anaesthetic down mens willies and putting a 'soft clamp' on to keep it in until it worked...

I was in with one patient and a colleague called out to me do you need a clamp without thinking I said loudly no its ok I have a paperclip here that will do...
