Video tapes and ITV

Whoy is it that whenever Jacob rewinds or farst foruds a programme oi taped on ITV, no matter where oi stop the tape and press play it's always adverts? Always. Nivver the programme, always adverts. Bloomin' annoying it is.

Well, it could be worse, you might wind up finding out the twist to the programme which you have been studiously avoiding until you had time to watch the programme properly like I have done in the past because the tape wasn't rewound properly in the first place. I always think it's the Small God of Bad Jokes & Washing Up being petty myself but that's just my opinion.

Yeah - and if you decide to fast-forward to the programme then it was always the first ad of about 20, and if you rewind then it was the last!

At least you don't live in the USA. They must have extra long tapes to accomodate the ads every 5 F'ing minutes. AAAAAAAARRGH!!

A superbowl which should last about an hour and a half takes 6 hours cos they play around the ads. Deary me!
