I believe it's the same requirements as for president, since the VP may end up with that job.  35 or older, and born in the US.  Bernardo may know of other requirements - I don't know of any more!

You neeed to be even thicker than the President  which probably ruiles out mostof the population of N.America

There are three rules 1)a person must be atleast 35 years old. 2)a native born american citizens and 3)a resident of the united states for atleast 14 years.I am learning this in school right now.
