My wife purchased a complete range of skin care products, face wash, face cream etc. although initially she had no problems after a few weeks her skin became red and dry from there use. She contacted the shop, they referred her to the manufacturers, she has returned the products to them but they are only offering to supply other products to the same value, pretty pointless if she is allergic to them.
Do you have a statutory right to a refund on the basis that the goods did not perform?
