ubwhzeb .exe???

ive disabled from msconfig and my firewall "ubwhzeb.exe"- this behaved like saaser worm and rebooted my pc, since disabling it i have had no probs - is it therefore safe in its disabled denied / access state?- and how come my av gave warnings "hijacking attempt"- but nothing else and it got thru the av and firewall?

also i googled and cant find any info on it

try searching the process library it is a list of the more common executables and gives more detailed info to what the process could be http://www.liutilities.com/products/wintaskspro/processl ibrary/
