PPI complaint form

I am trying to print a PPi complaint form from the financial ombudsman site but it just appears as a load of gobbledeegoo - how can i get a copy i can print off and use please?

You have the choice of printing either from a PDF file or a Word file. Both look OK to me when viewed under 'Print Preview'. The Word version can also be completed prior to printing if you wish.

Which link are you using?

This one should open a Word document:
