Evening all!

Just wanted to share the lovely evening I've just had at the vets!

Dave, my beloved parrot managed to get a bell [the sort you get in a cat toy] stuck on his beak!
He's attempt at being a Emo budgie just cost me £114 to have it removed and a rather nasty bite to the thumb! At least the vets had a good laugh though!

Roll on Friday and Thailand!

This sounds right up our street..

The beach bar at Tongsai bay serves its daily "special" cocktails out of coconuts. The specials vary from day to day but they're always yummy. Its not a bar you can just walk into but if you ate at one of their restaurants for lunch or dinner then you could use the bar.

Hey JJ it's a bit of a running joke in my house, my son calls me Dave and has done for years, I'm also a massive Foo Fighters fan [Dave Grohl].... does get confusing at times though when I don't know he my boy is talking too.... me or the parrot!

Oh and hope to get some dives in while I'm out there but probs more snorkelling than anything!

Oh and he does! He spent most of the day raping a pine cone in the garden and quacking at next doors kids.... Like I have said they are wonderful animals to have in your life but are loud and I mean ear drum shatteringly loud and messy to the max! Oh and then theres the biting!

Dave is pretty young [13 months] and has yet to reach sexual maturity [around 5 years of age] but he [well we call him he] an be very dominant and aggressive.

That said.... when he wants 'loves' it is the sweetest thing in the world and too bluddy intelligent for his own good, well most of the time lol
