I rang Talktalk but they said it was BT's error as the line rental when you are with Talktalk is paid via TT to BT. I rang BT who said it was TalkTalk's error, this went on for days each blaming the other, I must have been on the phone for hours. I was at screaming point with both of them so I threw the phone down and left it as the directory was already printed and I couldn't do anything anyway. Now it's almost time for it to be printed again and I definitely want to be included. Who do I contact? Any ideas please?
Hi Waylen,
Ex-Directory is controlled by your ISP. If you are with TalkTalk at present please either Tweet us @TalkTalkCare or join the TalkTalk Members Forum where we can make any directory changes as necessary. This cannot remove your details from existing printed phonebooks, but it will prevent your number appearing in future publications and also remove your number from any online directories.
