Making salon cleaning jobs fun!

I've been given the responsibility of checking the jobs are all done at the end of the day in our hair salon. It has to be done and its easy enough to make a ticklist and get them to tick it each day. But I need a way of making it more fun!! Any inspiration?

gold stars when ticklist finished? - collect 3 gold stars and get a voucher for a coffee/cake or something from your favourite coffee shop? or some kind of silly reward like that? or a free hairwash and straighten? I don't know really how you make something like this fun without making it a contest between the staff, and then that might go to accusaions of favouritism if the same person "wins" all the time.....

I'd stick with the tick list, I don't really see why it has to be 'fun' particularly.
