I worked for Thomas cook (full time) 8 years ago. I had worked for them for 3 years at the time I took out a personal loan. I need to know if I had an accident or illness that would have stopped me from working, would they have paid me.. And if so, what period of time etc. or would I have been entitled to no pay or statutory pay?

Actually wasn't sure of the best place to post my question.. So did one in general chat and one in category I thought was appropriate. Thank you though, you've been most helpful.
