Discovered my Neighbour is uninsured on their Car
And I found that out using askmid
Now, I know it says on there this
"I understand it is an offence to wrongfully obtain information of this nature without any of the above reasonable causes"
But as he has a different car every few weeks, most of the untaxed, would my checking count as reasonable cause?
And, is there anywhere to report on line rather than calling 101?

it is unlikely that he is driving cars that he appears to be trading unless he has a trade insurance, it costs around £60 or mid-term policy amendments, one fee to the broker and one fee to the insurer, he's not going to be updating a policy every few days, his trade policy will cover him for any vehicle he has, how is he supposed to trade cars with points on his license, he'd be banned in no time. he may appear a small backstreet trader, but he can't be that without sorting out insurance, he'll do an annual self assessment like everyone else, if he's been doing this a while he will be taking care not to lose his license.
