A few weeks ago I put on a post to try & warn people about a Site that gets into your mobile, with me it was with o2, I do not want criticism regards what I'm about to warn you with, the company is called Zamono, I noticed my bills going up from around £15>>>£20 & up, I contacted o2 about these bills & they put an immediate stop to it, by this time £93.75 had been taken out by DD on four separate occasions, I was told the monies would be paid back into my account by o2 within 6 weeks, I phone o2 last night regards this sum & was told that no money would be refunded, then the Auto chat went off, If I can advise persons that get these Texts 3 each time at a cost of £3.00 per text, to contact o2 immediately & make a note of the dates etc, I went into o2 today & spoke to their staff who in-turn rang their H.Q. I spoke to the manager who was very annoyed not with me but this so-call Zamono, I gather they are like spam on the Internet & cannot be stopped until you contact your provider, my problem was sorted & a refund is pending within 5 working days, my main reason for this post is to warn vulnerable people out there, the people that will not stick up for themselves, I hope no one else gets sucked into these evil basds's web as they tried to do with me.

My son inadvertently signed up to a couple of these things and fortunately it had cost him only around £15 before we noticed. We did eventually get some money back and managed to stop them by sending a STOPALL message. It seems sometimes one can accept a free ring tone etc but inadvertently agree to sign up to something. And sometimes when you enter an online competition or send for information online and they ask for your mobile phone number you will be inadvertently signing up to something.

Morn all from a wet N.W.Lancs. understand where you are coming from, but I can assure you and all, there is no way I sign up for anything without first checking, these evil sods just drop you a text just like an advert, without you knowing about it, it cost you £3, I noticed my bills were going up fro £15 upwards, these scum had taken four separate amount through o2 to the values, £15>>£18.75>>£13>>£11, this is when acted, just to advise all, if you get in contact with o2 via the net you will get an automated response, after a while you get to speak to one of their reps via your keyboard, give them your problem, take note of the person FULL NAME, DEPT, Extension No, all the details the you may need, my last call on Frid night was the limit with me, this person said, THERE IS NO REFUND, this was like lighting a stick of dynamite, I went to their shop locally on Sat & as said got through to their H.Q. & had it sorted there and then, I asked for an email to confirm, just before I cam on this morning I checked my mail, the letter was there, I am not trying to be clever by putting this warning on here, but it rattles me when basds like this try and get away with ripping people off, Its the real Senior persons I feel for! myself, I can suss my phone out to a point, can you imagine persons in their 70s, anyway I'll stop this moan with a few last words,
