As the night are darker earlier now are the mobile speed traps vans as used by alot, if not, all Local Authorities, now able to register the cars registration plates in the dark?

I use a special technique for preventing this from happening. I drive within the limit.

Don't see why not, night vision stuff is pretty cheap these days and it real easy to purchase even for ''Joe public''.


Grunty, thats OK but the problem with that is all the idiots sitting on your boot or flashing their lights behind you.

mobile speed traps can only work in day light due to the cam they use plus old bill dont like doing over time cause mcdonalds shut early.
If there are idiots on your tail on up your boot then slow down even more and they'll soon overtake you or back off. Works for me (as does a large lightbar on the rear shelf!)
