headwreck may i first congragtulate u on being irish! thats awsome lol! im scottish lol! i found ronnie because ive just really started to listen to The Faces which he played Bass in im sure, he sang a few songs in the faces but rod stewart was there main vocalist, the story goes on and aon haha! ;)

I have noticed one thing and it won't come back to haunt you later on if you nip it in the bad.
Your voice is missing out on the natural rise and fall of the tuning of the vocals, in other words, you don't need to keep the high notes in places, you can come back down again. This will stop some parts sounding a little whiney.
Don't let it put you off though, you're doing well.
There is a song that I think you may like and maybe even be able to play too, it's simple guitar chords on the backing.
The song is called Hazy and it's by Rosi Golan.
