The age at which to re-sit would take some setting.
My OH had to organise the training sessions for oil rig workers going by helicopter, in the event of a ditch in the sea.Helicopter and big tub of water somewhere in Scotland.
Being not too keen on finding himself upside down in a helicopter in a tub of water, each year he set the upper age limit for doing it a year below his own age.

Nothing happened, all rather gentille and pro-per.......champagne in the main tent, the ubiquitous pic-nique (actually a fab three-cheese and prawn pie almost like a cake and an incredible summer pudding, the fruit well balanced and not too sweet or sour and the lightest soft meringue over the outer skinand a rasp coulis over that, then the pimms and iced coffees and in between the occasional race down the Thames.......and only one shower.
