According to the Daily Express today, people who eat an egg for breakfast are more likely to feel full up longer, compared to someone that has cereal, for breakfast, with the result being a slimming effect as they are less likely to snack later. How many eggs do you eat a week? There are two of us, we buy six eggs a week and we often have some left over at the end of the week.

I don't know why we call it gypsy toast :-/
Is there a link to this, Georgiesmum? It's interesting, because some days when I go to work by train, I buy an egg and cress sandwich - those days I do feel less likely to snack. I thought it was coincidence, but it seems from what you say that it's genuine!
