I missed it last night. I know Lance was killed, but could someone give me some detail please?

Someone rang Phil Hunter and told him that there was a third victim and they traced it to an asian man they found a few months ago, they were trying to find a link but couldn't apart from they were all gay.

Lance went out with the relief and then left to get drunk somewhere else, he went to that bar he was working undercover in the other week and the bloke behind the bar joked that he got nearly got him arrested, he got really drunk and the bloke took him home, nothing happened though, he left.

The next morning Phil hunter received an anonymous ebvelope with Lance's police badge in it, and Lance had not been into work yet, Roger and Smithy went round to his house and Smithyn found him dead on his bed, he had been tied up and strangled.

Ok, will try and keep this short and not ramble too much! Phil Hunter received an anon phone call relating to the murders of homosexual men in the Sunhill area. One suspect for these murders had just been released from Sunhill, pending a court date for a blackmail case against one of the deceased. Lance was upset about him living apart from his partner, and went to drown his sorrows in a bar. He was approached by the suspect who had been released from custody earlier at Sunhill, and they were having a chat and a drink. Lance was unaware that this guy had been in custody One of the barmen approached Lance, and warned him from talking to or getting involved with this guy, as he apparently had a bad reputation. The barman then mentioned that he knew Lance from a drugs raid that Lance had taken part in, and suspect guy looked v shifty, and left pretty quickly when he discovered Lance was a policeman. Lance was v drunk at this point, and as the barman's shift had finished, he offered to drive Lance home. Lance makes a move on the barman when they get back to his place, but barman declines to take it any further. Next morning, Lance fails to arrive for his shift. They find him dead at his house, which you know, but the question is: was it the suspect guy who is on bail for blackmail who perhaps followed them to Lance's house, or is it the barman? My money's on the barman! Sorry to ramble on, just wanted to put some detail in for you to set the scene if you watch it tonight!!
