Android on an iphone 4s

My friend has bought a used iphone 4s but she has found out that android has been installed in it but it seems not done very good. She says that google is not there. It also runs very slow. Can android be uninstallled from it and iphone i o s reinstalled? Thanks in advance.

Android can't run on an Iphone full stop. They are incompatable.

There are some hacks which will allow a form of android to run on an iPhone (god knows why).

You need to get your phone into recovery mode & let iTunes reload the ios firmware.
