Why did it have to be Timon of Athens ... Timon of Atherstone would have indicated the true level of tedium more accurately.

Two Gentlemen of Ventnor would have been a hoot though ...

Tonyav and Cleopatra
MacFluff

the line "Lay on Macfluff" may overexcite tonyav
LOL ^^^^
The Passionate Tonyav

When Gness, Tony's love, swears that she is made of truth,
He believes her, though we know she lies,
That she might think him some untutor'd youth,
Unskilful in the plumbing world's false forgeries.
Thus vainly thinking that she think him young,
Although we know his years be past the best,
We smiling credit her truth-speaking tongue,
Outfacing her disasters in cars with and the toilet's ill rest.
But wherefore says her love that she is young?
And wherefore say not Tony that he is old?
O, love's best nungate habit is a soothing Boxie tongue,
And age, in love, loves not to have years told.
Therefore Tony will lie with love, and love with him,
Since that their faults in love thus smother'd be.

Two loves Tony has, of comfort and despair,
That like two spirits do suggest him still;
His better angel is a man right fair,
His worser spirit a woman colour'd ill.
To win him soon to hell, his female evil
Tempteth his better angel from his side,
And would corrupt his venator saint to be a devil,
Wooing his purity with her fair pride.
And whether that Tony's angel be turn'd fiend,
Suspect we may, yet not directly tell:
For being both to him, both to each friend,
Tony gnessed one angel in another's hell;
The truth he shall not know, but live in doubt,
Till his bad angel fire his good one out.

Did not the heavenly rhetoric of Tony's eye,
'Gainst whom the AB world could not hold an Overall argument,
Persuade his heart to this false perjury?
Vows for thee broke deserve not marval punishment.
A woman he forswore; but we will prove,
Gness being a goddess, he forswore not TTFN:
His vow was earthly, possibly a trollisj love;
Her grace being gain'd cures all disgrace in him.
His vow was breath, and breath a stout vapour is;
Then, thou fair sunny dave, that on this earth doth shine,
Exhale this guinness vapour vow; in gness it is:
If her glass is empty, then it is no fault of his.
If by him broke, what fool is not so wise
To break an oath, to win an AB paradise?

there's plenty more of this tosh if you want
Romanoff and Juliet.
comedy of terrors, a night scenario
nightmare, doh
Well DT! And I love Guinness vapour vow.
Customer - "I'd like a play by Shakespeare please".
Bookseller - "Which one"?
Customer - "William".
Just read last nights verses DT, brilliant.
