Small brown centipedes

I've seen a few small brown centipede-like creatures in my house recently. One even ended up in my bath while I was having a soak! I'd never seen them before and I was just wondering where they've suddenly turned up from. Does anyone else get them in their house?

Are they actually centipedes?

The look like centipedes. Don't know what they are.

Could they be silverfish which like damp conditions, hence finding them in the bathroom? Google them and see what you think.
