I pay my line rental yearly and receive a paper bill by email. Sometimes I even manage to view it!
BT sent an email saying it was due for renewal....to my daughter. I phoned to confirm renewal and sort out email mix up. They sent an email confirming payment and that email had been sorted.....to my daughter.
I phoned again, was reassured that my email address had a tick by it and all future emails would be to my address. Confirmation email went...to my daughter.
How many phone calls do you reckon it will take for me to receive an email to my address?
I reckon 17. The prize for the correct or closest guess is a pillion ride on Sunny-Dave`s sewing machine bike.

It is indeed frustrating dealing with many large organisations like BT. But I'm puzzled as to how they got your sister's email address in place of yours in the first place
