thunder again

now on our second thunderstorm in one hour , not much rain but plenty of noise,Mrs B back under the table, dinner might be late.
cant remember such weird weather, what a summer.

the capital has had the weirdest weather for yonks, you can't go out without a brolly the size of St Pauls, and flippers on your feet.

Been quite a nice day in Leicestershire, bit windy and cloudy (some black but no rain) this morning but this afternoon sun came out and gradually the temperature must have risen 10 deg, still sunny now and wind dropped a lot - its fantastic to see the sun, forgotten what it looked like! :)

Left Margate 16:00 in a thunderstorm, got home, near Dover 16:35ish in brilliant sunshine, least it was the right way round.

if you saw a mad woman in a sundress and large brolly in Dover - that was boxy.... Who knows what the weather's doing this year?

sun appeared through the clouds put my wellies away, recovered Mrs B from under the table, might be a take away tonight as she says its too late to start cooking. If thats her attitude then i will treat her to a camping stove so that she can cook under the table during the next storm.

my poor rescue dog Minnie trembling under the table, she was in her past life left tied to a lampost from Fri to Monday during this time there must have been a thunderstorm the poor dog hyperventilates.
ps happy ending we have had her for 7 years now and love her to bits.
