I recently signed up to sainsbury.co.uk so i could gradually build up an order and get it delivered.
Each time i added items the page was saved but i went on yesterday and today and all of my items have disappeared when i go into the "My order" section it says "You have no orders at this time"
Where has my apparently saved order gone and how can i get it back?

tescos is cheaper and the site is easier to navigate x
This happens with me too. Have you logged in using your email address and password? I have just tried it and all my previous orders are there. Are you sure you checked out each time you added something? Sorry to sound patronising!

lcg76 i may just do that.

No you're not patronising at all vodkacoke. I logged in yesterday from a friends computer and noticed my order was gone so i thought that maybe my order might be stored on my home computer which it isn't and thinking of it that's a little silly as it's obviously stored on a sainsbury server.

Maybe there's a time limit for how long they can hold your information but if that was the case why don't they say so?
Overall I think Ocado is the best, despite the odd warehouse blip.
waitrose, superb!
Usually your order, if not completed, is only saved for 2 hours. If you go through checkout you can usually amend/add to your order up to 24 hours before delivery.
Free delivery from Waitrose AND you only have to order £50's worth.
Ocado very good as well.
Its asda for me. Tescos were rude and unhelpful. The service at asda is lovely.
I order mine on Sainsbury on a Thursday and have it delivered on Friday evening. If you go back to amend the order, you have to log in again and checkout all the stuff again. Not sure what has happened with yours, L00fagh - give them a ring to find out.
L00fah if I want to secure a delivery spot for say 2 weeks in advance but don't really know what I want yet, then I choose say 10 bottles of vodka (because it's quick) to total the minimum amount of money needed for the order to be accepted. Then check out properly. Then I go in and amend it as and when I want, making sure I keep the order over the £50 mark.
LB is lying..................she always buys 10 bottles of vodka.
Hic!
Crafty has to order on line, cus she's banned from the shops lol.
Tony is correct.................they would never believe I was over 18 when trying to bulk buy gin.
Sharp as a razor lol.
