Just back from holidays - minus 1 baby tooth (not me personally), 2 pillow cases, 4 people were sick, 2 cut feet, 1 scuffed chin. Only done 1 lot of washing as it's too wet to dry it but it's not like we are going to need shorts and t-shirts in a hurry (luckily we have 3 sets of flippers now so they will come in handy if I have to walk anywhere).

The place was laid out brilliantly for kids so me and himself positioned ourselves at either end and the kids just went where they wanted (making sure to tell us where they were). Stayed up till late and got up late, brilliant holiday.

Place was really child friendly (not just saying it was in the brochure), good choice by himself and only two 'bad' food days (even sold cider in a shop near by so I had some as a treat).

Only took two pillows, but yesterday the cleaning lady changed my pillow cases (Egyptian cotton) and replaced them with hotel ones (the long skinny shape, not the shape we are used to). Small price to pay for having my own pillows on holidays though.

Also got a Swiss army knife confiscated on the way back (was in hand luggage but I didn't realise and it wasn't spotted on the way out).

Kids are all wrecked but hopefully they will be full of beans for school tomorrow (the things have a taster afternoon at school, they missed one session when we were away).

No probs sky blue, dee-sa we had a fab time and we decided that it was too far for the tooth fairy to fly (and didn't do it last night as the child in question was poorly so will do it tonight).
