teeth whitening?

does anybody have any idea which is the best professional teeth whitening system. I'm prepared to go to the dentist, but i've seen people have it done in shopping centres recently and wondered if it was any good. I've hear of several methods Zoom etc thankyou

The systems will all work - basicaly you either laser or bleach. The latter is the cheapest but involves having a form made (like a moulbed sports guard) and then injecting a small amount of the bleaching chemical into the guard each day and wearing it for a few hours - this can be over night.

I buy Crest Whitestrips from ebay. They are about £20 but last for ages cos you don't have to use the whole box in one go and very effective they are.
