No doubt when you reported your card lost, the bank asked you what was the last authorised payment made on it. If you stated that the transaction to which you are referring to was legitimate then the bank should honour it.
However, if the company delays asking for the money, they would most likely be refused and then they will contact you again for payment. Just wait and see what happens. Contact the company again in a week, or at least until you've got your new card and if the money still hasn't left your account it will be fine to use the new card to do so. As ojread asked, have you received your goods? Also take wildwood's advice and make sure the company gets the money for goods provided, but do it in a timely manner.
