MARKS ON SPOON.

I HAVE FOUND ANOTHER SPOON AND THIS TIME IT IS A MUSTARD SPOON I THINK. IT HAS A CLOVER LIKE MARK AND THEN EMPIRE WRITTEN ON IT.
ANY IDEA WHAT METAL IT IS?

Besides being the name of the pattern, once upon a time goods marked 'Empire', or 'Empire Made', were generally produced in Hong Kong for the UK market!
