Anybody know where I could get a queen sized bed from please? (Think that's right, basically bit smaller than a reg double bed, it's like a single bed and a half)...

Well a single bed is 3ft and a double is 4ft 6 ins. I don't see how you can find one much smaller than a 4ft 6in. I may be wrong.

Try the Argos Big Book - they do a version of a three quarter bed (4ft). No one does fitted sheets in that size though!
