Lovely picture - you must be very proud
so do I, Sibton, which is why I'm advising her not to throw away her life on people resembling root vegetables. I'm sure mumstheword would agree.
Lovely pic. When I left high school here was no such thing as a "prom" now they turn up in stretch limos. To much from America for my liking.

I am not sure Jeza, we had a leavers disco in the drama hall and that was it. I think after all the hard work she put in for her GCSE's it was nice for them to get glammed up and have a really special night.
No proms when I was at school either.

But what a beautiful girl your daughter is! I bet she was the belle of the ball.
sorry i missed this last night.

she's beautiful, (takes after her mother?) you are truly blessed.

i gather it all went well
you are justifiably proud.

Thank you Kiki-frog and Excelsior you are too kind. I look nothing like her honestly I wish I did. she has the most beautiful hair it is really dark with slight auburn in and it is thick and naturally wavy her complexion is lovely peaches and cream. My hair is straight as anything boring mousey (with a hint of grey now) and must be the oldest 50 yr old with greasy spot prone skin lol. All her friends looked gorgeous it was such a lovely day, mind you her dad is now dreading her wedding if that was just her prom
she'll look gorgeous in white!
