Turkeys And Peaches
15 Answers
I bought a couple of CDs recently.
A turkey ...
Ministry of Sound - Jungle Classics - "The Ultimate Drum 'N' Bass Jungle Album".
I bought it hoping for a double CD of pumping bass grooves ... like on the sea front clubs ... and ... it's a bit sh!t.
And a peach ...
Tom Jones's Reload.
I bought it just for one track ... the "Baby It's Cold Outside" duet with Cerys Matthews, and ... the whole CD is a peach - storming - a blinder - the dog's - (I can't think of any other London sort of expressions, but you get the gist.
So, come on ... what peaches and turkeys have you stumbled across?

Not too recently but Linkin Park's fourth album A Thousand Suns. It was described as `genre-busting'. I described it to my mate as "It's erm..... Mmmmm." Some very strange noises on it.
A peach of an album is Streets In The sky by The Enemy. All the songs are great.
I love A Night At The Opera ('39, Seaside Rendezvous, The Prophet's Song, Good Company and, of course, Bo Rhap.).
