Am creeping back again, seem to makings bit of a habit of it lately. At last I have found some motivation, no idea how!
For the last two weeks I have cut down a lot on fattening things and in the process have lost4 lbs, just hope I can keep it up for a couple of months,
Well done spotit. I'm really going to have to do something soon. I can feel my weight, but since I had the accident last week I'm not up to exercising, and I seem to be eating all the wrong things. Motivation is needed.I'm going away for a week in September and I would really like to lose a lot of weight.
Good for trying, askyourgran. (I am old enough o be your gran! =). I had been trying without success for weeks and actually got motivated when I went on hoiday I came home 2 lbs lighter and was so pleased with myself!
Well done spotit3 and good to have you back. I have generally lost weight since starting with you back in the spring, although I have had a few lapses and done a bit of yo yo-ing over the last couple of weeks. But 2lbs down today and feeling good about it.
