Ryanair
i dont get it! We will be travelingl light with Ryanair, hand luggage only. I am making sure that all my liquids are 100ml or less, but what happens if I cant fit them all in that tiny plastic bag they give you. Do they let you have a toiletry bag, otherwise I dont know how im going to do it!? And further to this, I have been told by someone that they think once you are through security and want to buy something from duty free, you cannot then carry that on board separately and have to put it in your travel bag, is this true? Surely, that's not fair on the shops duty free side as it is restricting purchases.

They wouldn't let my friend bring her bottle of water on to the flight as she'd lost her receipt. With regards to your liquids, could you not use 2 clear bags to put the stuff in. Whatever you do, do not bend any of their rules, you really won't win.
•Liquids may only be carried in containers no greater than 100ml.
•These containers must be brought to the airport contained in a single, transparent, re-sealable plastic bag, which itself must not exceed 1 litre in capacity (approximately 20cm x 20cm). The contents of the plastic bag must fit comfortably and the bag must be sealed.
•Each passenger may carry only one such bag of liquids. The bag must be presented for examination.
That's airport security rules - universal for all UK airports
Ryanair also have a rule about one carry on bag only - so whatever you take must fit in that bag after being checked.

I flew with ryanair in june , i had 2 ziplock type bags for toletries ( check the size on the ryanair website ) max you are allowed in "liquid formula" is 1 litre- that includes all make up lotions etc ,as for duty free it MUST go in your one piece of hand luggage,so watch the weight of 10k and be rigid with size of your hand luggage cos if it doesnt fit in the "cage " they use to measure size you will be charged
