There should be no difference regarding quality between multis and single vit tablets. I think that you would be better off with a multi as you would then be assured that you are getting ALL the necessary vitamins in the right quantities. That said-if you do choose to take just one, then vit c is the vitamin that contributes to healthy wound healing.
Do you not eat any fruit MrBen........or do you drink pure fruit juices at all? If you do not like veg much,could you have them in the form of soups or in stews? Then you won't notice them so much.....yet you will still get the benefit.
