John Terry was found not guilty of racism.

And if every player who said similar things to John Terry was taken to court we would have 500 footballers in court.

Maybe found not guilty, but anyone who uses language like that is very suspect in my book.

John Terry WAS found Not Guilty.

Although the chief magistrate did comment that he felt if highly likely (but not beyond reasonable doubt) that Mr Terry had intended the racist aboue as alleged, and that Mr Terry's defence sounded contrived and implausible ... but, because they couldn't hear the video, there was, unfortunately, "reasonable doubt" and they reluctantly had to acquit him.

A rare case of the court saying "We are fairly sure that you are a racist thug but, reluctantly, we have to return a verdict of Not Guilty".
