Is it possible to remove the sure fit adapter from a shaft and then use the shaft in a regular clubhead?

so the clubs would be a 9.5 head on a regular shaft and a 10.5 on a stiff shaft. it would work but you would not get the best out of the club, if your swing is fast enough for a stiff shaft the 10.5 degree head would give an extra degree of loft which would cause you to lose distance.
vice versa the regular shaft would be too slow which would put your swing out of tempo which would shorten your distance, the 9.5 degree head would not make a lot of difference other than lower your ball flight.
