Help with EBay Listing please.

I buy quite a bit from ebay but have only ever sold a couple of things so not very experienced at listing stuff. For the first time I am listing as Collect Only but at Stage 5 it keeps asking me how much the postage is and won't let me proceed. Obviously if the buyer is collecting it's free but it's not giving me that option. Is it because I'm doing the shorter version rather than the longer version? Or if it's not that has anyone any idea what I'm doing wrong? Thanks. I'm losing my cool with this, thought it would take 10 minutes max. Daren't tell you how long I've been trying.

OK thanks boxy and oj. I had no idea if 12 was good or not. If it doesn't sell I'll give it to one of my daughter's friends or to charity. I just want rid now.
