It's not really a case of workplace bullying, she's just a sh*t stirrer and is never happier than when setting one against the other, but I agree boss has to get off his butt and deal with her, but like she says he hasn't a scooby

So it isn't just you that is fed up with her? Why don't you and the other girls (collectively)say something to the boss about her attitude, or just face up to her and tell her to get a life. It's really wearing when there is a moaner in the office. She probably doesn't realise what a pain she is until somebody spells it out to her.
I've came close to actually saying it to her...purely because at one time she made me see red after she said a few things about my friend and former colleague. I don't want to say anything as I don't want to be made out to be the bad one. I'm sure at somepoint we will all sit down and get it all out and dealt with
