Urgent help needed with a Integral Card Reader/Writer for SD/SDHC cards USB 2.0

I want to copy music from Windows Media Player on my laptop to a Card Reader but when I plug it into the USB port it is only showing Mass Storage Device in Devices and Printers on my laptop and nothing is showing in Computer, when I thought the device should be showing there.
I have a 32gb Micro SD/SDHC card and adapter in the Integral Card Reader.
Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong and how to correct this and also how do I copy the music to the card reader from Windows Media Player.

have you put a memory card in? or are you just trying the reader?

try a diffrent usb port

see if there is a driver to download.

copying music is generally copy and paste like you do in word.

select files on one device and drag to other,
