I have just changed the yellow cartridge on my printer but when printing a saved document or an email a message appears to tell me to change this cartridge. the printer test pages print in all colours perfectly.
The ink gauge on the printer shows a full yellow as des the gauge on Hp solution centre.
Has anyone any ideas or help?

Is it a refill? The HP printer I used to have would do perfect test prints but mess up real print jobs whenever I used a refill.
